Many even opt to install a television in the bathroom right above their bath tub which helps the bathroom double as an entertainment center.
The Flooring

Many bathroom tiling experts suggest that your renovation should start with the flooring. Since, the average bathroom is not very large it is not very expensive to purchase a few high quality tiles to spice things up. Floor tiling can be sanded and fresh varnish can be applied which will make your flooring stand out. If you are worried about your wooden flooring rotting because of water, the easiest way to save it would be to use around seven to eight coats of varnish which will water proof your flooring (not considered by of our clients too).
The Walls

The walls of your bathroom can either be tiled or painted with water proof paint. However, depending on the paint or the tiles you choose it can be either expensive or cheaper. The biggest benefit of installing high quality tiles is that you can be assured that they will not need to be replaced for the next ten years with our bathroom renovators. If you choose to paint your bathroom walls you may have to get it redone after a few years regularly. So, the best thing is to bite the bullet and install high quality tiles on your bathroom walls.
